Customer experience is our highest priority. Because WAVON products are performance-driven technology, all returns, repairs, and warranty requests must be initiated through our Concierge Team.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • All tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different product, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Approved returns receive an RA and shipping instructions.

We’ll email a return shipping label when applicable. Items sent without authorization are not accepted.

  • A printer-less QR option may be available through USPS
  • Returns must be sent in original packaging to prevent transit damage

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, call 810-545-6553 immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Restocking Fees

  • Returned items that show signs of use or damage may be subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • Final determination is made after inspection
  • All decisions regarding returns, repairs, and warranty claims are at the discretion of Ease Seating Systems, Inc.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Refurbished products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Hazardous or regulated materials

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval status
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Store credit purchases are refunded as store credit only
  • Refunds typically process within 10 business days (banks may take longer)

European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days without justification.

The product must remain:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With tags intact

Proof of purchase is required.
