Who can become a Wavon ambassador?
Content creators, influencers, existing customers, and professionals whose recommendations carry weight. If you have an audience or a circle that trusts your taste, you are a fit. There is no follower minimum to start.
What exactly am I promoting?
Wavon, an active seating system. It rests on an existing chair and gently changes where the body carries weight, every 30 to 150 seconds, for sitting endurance across a long day. It is a comfort and wellness product, not a medical device.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining is free, and there is nothing to buy or hold. You share, and you earn on what sells.
What is the difference between my code and my link?
Both credit sales to you. A referral code is easy to say and type, so it works well in videos, captions, and conversations. A tracked link is one tap, so it works well in bios, stories, and posts. Use whichever suits the moment, or use both.
How do the five levels actually work?
You earn a direct commission on every order from your own code or link. On top of that, when you invite other ambassadors, you earn a percentage of what they sell, and a smaller percentage on the people they invite, down to five levels. In the worked example, the rates step down from 5% at level one to 1% at level five.
How much do I earn on a sale?
Your direct program commission is $50.00 on a qualifying order. Network overrides are paid on the levels below you at the rates shown in the worked example. Exact figures are always visible in your dashboard.
When and how do I get paid?
Commissions are tracked in real time in your dashboard and paid out 30 days after the referred customer receives their order, once your balance clears the minimum payout. Commissions are calculated on net product sales and do not apply to tax, shipping, refunds, or chargebacks. You can see your balance and history any time you log in.
Do I have to disclose that I earn a commission?
Yes. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, and U.S. Federal Trade Commission guidelines require you to clearly disclose your material connection whenever you promote Wavon, for example with a visible "#ad" or "paid partnership" label. Never make medical claims, and always describe Wavon as a seat or an active seating system.
Will I receive a tax form?
If you are a U.S. person and earn $600 or more in a calendar year, you must submit a W-9, and you will be issued a Form 1099. As an independent contractor you are responsible for your own taxes. Payments may be held until a valid W-9 is on file.
